its quite nice, clear lines, nice details. i really like the clothing of the right girl. Your main problem are the eyes. both eyes in a face should have the same height and both pupils the same size. Take a close look at your avatar! The farther away eye is of the same height, only more narrow. ( If you can think 3D, and your images indikate that you can do this, try to think the eyelids as "lines on an eyeball" ) Keep it up!
